The virus content per dose is not less than 103.0EID50.

Precautions

  • 01

    After the vaccine is diluted, it should be placed in a cool and dark place and used within 4 hours.

  • 02

    During vaccination, local disinfection should be performed at the vaccination site.

  • 03

    Used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.

  • 04

    Chickens should be checked one by one 7 days after vaccination. If there is no reaction at the vaccination site, they should be re-vaccinated.

Usage and Dosage

  • Subcutaneously vaccinate the non-vascular part of the inner side of the wing.
  • Dilute the vaccine with saline according to the number of feathers indicated on the label, and dip the diluted vaccine with a pox vaccination needle.
  • 20-30 day age chicks are vaccinated once;
  • 30 day age chickens are vaccinated twice;
  • 6-20 day age chickens are vaccinated once with a vaccine diluted 1 time.
